A Good Thing - White Chicken Chili

Today I made a delicious and healthy soup in my crock pot and it was good. So, I thought I would share my super easy recipe!

What you need:
2 cups chicken stock (fat free, low sodium - add a cup more if you like broth)
2 cups of salsa (I used chi-chi's)
4 chicken breast (cubed or chopped into 1 inch pieces)
1 large jar of northern beans

Throw all of this in a crock pot on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

Garnish with a white grated cheese and sour cream.

You're home will smell wonderful! Enjoy
